How do I shop on this site?
For your shopping convenience, we use a "shopping cart". This is similar to a shopping cart at any store: it collects items you want to purchase until you are ready to check out.
Browse through the store and when you find something you want to purchase, just enter the quantity and click "add to cart". After adding each item, you will be shown a "View Cart" page that displays your item(s) as well as a subtotal. Here you can review your order, change quantities, delete items, or continue shopping.
Getting started: If you would like to browse the site, the best place to start is to click on "Products" tab at top of the Home page. Here all of the products are divided into categories. Click on the category you are interested in and then you will see all of the products in that category. On the left side of the page are "Specialty Items" that show products in some of the more specialized categories.
Searching: If you have an idea of a specific product you would like, try the "Keyword Search" box at the top left of the Home page. This will bring up all items that include that word in the title or description.

How do I change quantities?
When you have clicked "Add to Cart", one of the selected items is added to your shopping cart. If you want to order more than one, simply adjust the quantity on the "View Cart" page and click the "update" button. If you ever want to remove an item from your card, just click on the box at the left of the item and click the delete button at the bottom of the screen. Once an order is submitted through the Jewels for the Garden online store, it goes immediately into the system for processing and it may be too late to change. If you think it may NOT be too late to change, call our Customer Service Department at 1-916-539-0271, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, and we will do our best for you. Have your Order Number ready for the Jewels for the Garden representative.

What Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also gladly accept payment through PayPal. As soon as your payment clears your items will be processed and shipped [usually within 2 business days].

What kind of sales tax do I have to pay when I shop at Jewels for the Garden?
If your Jewels for the Garden order is shipped to California, you will have to pay the appropriate sales tax for Sacramento, California which is 8.75%, or if it is shipped to Illinois the tax is 8.25%.

At this time our site does not support multiple ship-to addresses. You can make separate orders for additional ship-to addresses.

How do I cancel an order?
Once an order is submitted through the Jewels for the Garden web site, it goes immediately into the system for processing and it may be too late to cancel. If you think it may NOT be too late to cancel, call our Customer Service Department at 1-916-539-0271, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, and we will do our best for you. Return Policy
All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. Please email us, or call to make arrangements for any returns or refunds. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return a product. All products returned, for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within twenty (20) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping*. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.
*No Return on Oils - We cannot tell if they've been altered.

Do your products come in other colors than the ones shown?
Most of our products come in one size and color. Any exceptions are noted with the specific product description.

Do you have a catalog you can send me?
We are constantly adding new products and we don't know when products will be discontinued, so we have found that it is not cost effective to print a catalog because as soon as we get it from the printer it will be out of date! If you prefer ordering by phone just give us a call at 1-916-539-0271, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
or Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PST. and we can fill the order for you right there.

Do you have quantity discounts if I want to buy more than one of the same thing?
Some of our items are available at a discounted price if more than one of the same product is ordered. Call or email us for quantity discount prices on anything you are interested in purchasing in quantity (even just two in some instances).

I'm looking for 'Frog' gifts. Is there any way to quickly find just things that have Frogs?
Specialty items such as "Frogs" or "Angels" or "Wall Fountains" etc., are listed on the right side of the page. For other items, use the Keyword Search at the top left side of the page. Just type in the specialty area you are interested in and all products of that type will come up.

I am worried about credit card fraud. Is this site secure?
For your comfort and safety, Jewels for the Garden uses secure server technology (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) to virtually eliminate the risk of an unwanted intermediary obtaining your credit card information during transmission. SSL is the standard in secure web transactions and is the best technology available today. When you reach the "Check Out" page, the URL address line will display "https://..." and there will be a closed padlock showing. This is the indication that the page is secure.
All versions of 4.0 (and higher) browsers including Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL suport the technology, but other browsers may also support it. We suggest upgrading to the newest version of your browser for maximum efficiency.

What is the general delivery process?
Orders are processed as soon as your credit card is cleared for payment (usually within 2 business days). Orders are then shipped to the ship-to address on your order. Delivery is guaranteed between 8-10 business days after cleared for payment. Our warehouses are in California and New Mexico so delivery is usually sooner to locations closer to the warehouse.
