Thank you for visiting our shipping and information page.  Jewels for the Garden SHIPPING RATES PAYMENT TERMS, and RETURN POLICIES are outlined below.  Our goal is to provide you with the best products and customer service on the internet.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you have any questions or concerns that aren't answered here please contact us.

Orders are processed within 2 BUSINESS days of receipt and clearing of payment, and should arrivUPS - USA mape in 8-10 BUSINESS days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays -- for a total of 10 BUSINESS days or less.  Merchandise is shipped from our warehouses in California, Arizona, or New Mexico [so the closer you live to those states, the sooner you will receive your order].  Shipping is via UPS or DHL unless going to a PO Box, then it goes via USPS and is not trackable.  We do not have 'overnight' shipping available at this time, but if you have a special need, give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.

 

HANDLING FEES
Please note that the supplier of the products beginning with the SKU # "A" [ie  ALT015, AEC406] charges an additional $5.00 handling fee for the entire order. Rather than add $5.00 to each of those products, the fee is passed on as a single handling charge when any of those products are ordered, regardless of order total.


SPECIAL SHIPPING

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US APO's/Military Bases:  Shipping cost are $20.00 MINIMUM or 30% of the Regular Price of the order, whichever is greater, and ships Air Mail Only, taking 2 weeks for delivery. 
All orders being shipped to these locations need special processing, so we will gladly fill your order when you call it in to us at 1-916-539-0271.

CANADA
We now ship to Canada! Shipping cost to Canada is $20.00 MINIMUM or 20% of the Regular Price of the order, whichever is greater.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We no longer ship internationally.  We will however, ship to a port of your choice.

PAYMENT TERMS
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, and PayPal.  Funds must clear before we can ship an order.  Items returned for any other reason except for being damaged, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.

 

SALES TAX
Since our business is located in Sacramento, California, any products shipped to a California address will be charged Sacramento, CA sales tax which is currently 8.75% of 4/01/09.  And one of our suppliers is located in Illinois, so products from that supplier that are shipped to Illinois will be charged 8.25%.

RETURN POLICY
All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects.  We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us by email, or call to make arrangements for any returns or refunds.  We will call you or provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return a product.  Products returned for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within twenty (20) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.  Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.


RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCT
Our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects. If a product is damaged during shipping, be sure to keep the packing material and notify us immediately by telephone or EMAIL.  If a shipment or part of a shipment is missing, please let us know so we can correct it as quickly as possible.  [Please note: at times different parts of an order will come from different locations. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL US at (916) 539-0271 or EMAIL.  We may need you to take pictures of any damages to process your claim. We will get your replacement sent out or credit issued within 48-72 hours (on a business day).  Please allow time to process the credit and for it to show up on your statement.  We will notify you by email as soon as the credit is applied.
