All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us by using the Claims & Damages Form, email us, or call to make arrangements for any returns or refunds. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or it may void return rights with our suppliers. We will call you or provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return a product. We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. However, products returned for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within twenty (20) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale. Our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects. If a product is damaged during shipping, be sure to keep the packing material and notify us immediately by EMAIL us using the Claims & Damages Form . Fill out completely and in the comments section, simply write "damaged" and the number of the item(s) damaged. Example: COMMENTS: "Damaged MW33248; MW34221". If a shipment or part of a shipment is missing, the same form should be used. [Please note: at times different parts of an order will come from different locations. That will be noted in your confirmation email.] Claims for product(s) missing from an order may be subject to receiving replacement product(s) only.
