Shipping, Terms & Policies

Thank you for visiting our shipping and information page.  Jewels for the Garden SHIPPING RATES PAYMENT TERMS, and RETURN POLICIES are outlined below.  Our goal is to provide you with the best products and customer service on the internet.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you have any questions or concerns that aren't answered here please contact us.

 

Standard Shipping & Handling Rates
In the Continental USA ONLY
 

up to $50.00 ..... $8.95
 50.01-75.00 .....$10.95
 75.01-100.00 .....$12.95
 100.01 and over    **FREE**


Orders are processed within 2 BUSINESS days of receipt and clearing of payment, and should arrive in 8-10 BUSINESS days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays -- for a total of 10 BUSINESS days or less.  Merchandise is shipped from our warehouses in California, Arizona, or New Mexico [so the closer you live to those states, the sooner you will receive your order].  Shipping is via UPS or DHL unless going to a PO Box, then it goes via USPS and is not trackable.  All items carry insurance and must be signed for.  If you request on your order "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED", please be aware that the liability will be yours.  We do not have 'overnight' shipping available at this time, but if you have a special need, give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.


SPECIAL SHIPPING

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US APO's/Military Bases:  Shipping cost are $20.00 MINIMUM or 30% of the Regular Price of the order, whichever is greater, and ships Air Mail Only, taking 2 weeks for delivery. 
All orders being shipped to these locations need special processing, so we will gladly fill your order when you call it in to us at 1-916-539-0271.

CANADA
We now ship to Canada! Shipping cost to Canada is $20.00 MINIMUM or 20% of the Regular Price of the order, whichever is greater.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We no longer ship internationally.  We will however, ship to a port of your choice.


PAYMENT TERMS

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal and eLayaway.  Funds must clear before we can ship an order.  Items returned for any other reason except for being damaged, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.

RETURN POLICY

All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects.  We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us by using the Claims & Damages Form, email us, or call to make arrangements for any returns or refunds.  Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or it may void return rights with our suppliers.  We will call you or provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return a product.  We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. However, products returned for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within twenty (20) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.  Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.


RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCT

Our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects. If a product is damaged during shipping, be sure to keep the packing material and notify us immediately by EMAIL us using the Claims & Damages Form .  Fill out completely and in the comments section, simply write "damaged" and the number of the item(s) damaged.  Example:  COMMENTS: "Damaged  MW33248; MW34221".  If a shipment or part of a shipment is missing, the same form should be used.  [Please note: at times different parts of an order will come from different locations. That will be noted in your confirmation email.] Claims for product(s) missing from an order may be subject to receiving replacement product(s) only.   IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL US at (916) 539-0271 or email.  You may be required to take pictures of any damages, preferably digital, to be sent by email, or if not available, paper photos forwarded to us at the address we will provide you via email.  UPON RECEIVING THE PICTURES, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU WITHIN 48-72 HRS.  Please allow time to process the credit for it to show up on your statement.  We will notify you by email as soon as the credit is applied.
